If You Were Me and Lived In... Colonial America is another solid entry into the "If You Were Me" series, which aims to let children experience different parts of history or culture from the viewpoint of a child living in that situation.

This book covers the basic information that one might expect.

Little reader's interest may vary. I know my kiddo prefers the ones set in different countries, so she wasn't too enthused about this one, but she still sat through it easily enough and asked a few questions.
